Methods of shipping
- All orders are shipped with ELTA COURIER
- Shipping costs for purchases over 49 € are free.
- For orders within Attica, to land and island Greece and weighing up to 2 kg, the shipping cost is 3,5€
- For each additional kilo the cost is 1.00 Euros.
- Delivery within Greece takes place in 1-2 working days.

Return policy
The buyer has the right to return the product to the store and exchange it with another product sold by the store, of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase. Products are always returned at the buyer's expense and their receipt by the company must be made within the time limit of 14 days.
A basic condition for the return of products to be accepted must be in the same condition in which you received them, ie without being unsealed or having their packaging violated, together with the retail sales receipt or the invoice.
The only exception is the case where the order has been sent incorrectly and through the fault of the company (error in ordering, invoicing, shipping, etc.) where shipping costs are borne by the company.
